Accessibility Information
Flughafen Wien AG strives to make its website and mobile application accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 106/2023.
This accessibility statement applies to the VIE Online Shop website https://vie-shop.viennaairport.com and the digital services offered on it, in particular:
- Parking space reservations
- FastTrack and lounge access
- Premium and porter services
Status of compliance with requirements
Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, the website is partially compliant with conformance level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
Non-accessible content
Disproportionate burden
Some PDF documents on our website do not currently fully comply with the latest accessibility requirements.
This applies in particular to older files that were published before the relevant legal requirements came into force and are not accessible.
We are working to make the PDF documents themselves as accessible as possible. However, a balance must be struck between accessibility, readability, and structured presentation in particular to give users a clear overview of the content and formatting of the documents.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on September 1st 2025.

Enforcement procedure for violations of the Web Accessibility Act
If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from the above contact option, you can submit a complaint to the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via the contact form. Go to the contact form for the complaints office.
The FFG will examine the complaints to determine whether they relate to violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular deficiencies in compliance with accessibility requirements, by the federal government or an institution associated with it.
If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies. Further information on the complaints procedure.
